Street Eatz. Some of LA's favorite food trucks came to the Commons in Calabasas on July 1st to share their tasty tidbits. The event lasted a little over three hours and included these treats: The Sweets Truck, Komodo, World Fare, Dumpling Station, Slice Truck, Crepe 'n Around, The Grilled Cheese Truck.

Simi Valley's Bottle Village is considered an important Twentieth Century Folk Art Environment. Begun In 1956, Tressa "Grandma" Prisbrey assembled murals, sculptings, and structural art using recycled bits of colored glass from local dumps. Bottle village was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.
